Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Fragrance
Carefully place the perfume bottle in its original packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
